Some guys have all the luck

Save for the occasional Linda Ronstadt record, I never find diddly-squat at garage sales. Certainly, nothing like this. Methinks this year I'll be garage sale'in with a bit more passion. Like, maybe, just maybe, I can find me some Allman Brothers.

That article did make me wonder what the biggest bargain in my collection happens to be. I suppose I could say my older bro's record collection, of which I inherited. If not that, maybe this original pressing of John Fahey's Requia & Other Compositions for Solo Guitar, which I bought at a local vintage vinyl sale for a measley four bones. (It's worth considerably more.) But, that's not really a huge score. I suppose the relative lack of interesting places to shop for records around here has limited my ability to score any significant finds. Some vinyl junkie I am.
